Post-based Reservation Rosters of the Bank are maintained in accordance with the instructions issued by the Government of India vide Office Memorandum dated 17 December 1997, as amended from time to time. The Reservation Rosters are prepared strictly in line with the principles laid down under Point 5.3 of Chapter 5 of the Government of India’s Brochure on Reservation for Scheduled Castes (SCs), Scheduled Tribes (STs), and Other Backward Classes (OBCs). The Rosters are duly authenticated by the Chief Liaison Officer for SC/ST and the Chief Liaison Officer for OBC of the Bank. These records are subject to inspection by the Department of Financial Services, Government of India, as and when required. The Bank is committed to ensuring transparent, fair, and lawful implementation of reservation policies in all matters relating to recruitment, promotion, and service conditions, in compliance with extant Government guidelines.
